Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW) is a non-profit that prepares, trains and places women in esteemed union and building construction careers.
As a company that values advancing opportunities for women in construction, E-J am proud to share that E-J’s Keisha Spradley, IBEW Local 3 Journeywoman, was honored in May 2021. Enjoy the video from NEW’s luncheon to learn more about Keisha’s journey.
