The Terminal 4 project included a new 1.5 million square foot Terminal in JFK International Airport. E-J provided all power and lighting, lighting control system, deluge system, metering system and SCADA system. State-of-the-art architectural lighting was placed throughout the terminal. The three level glass walled central terminal building services 35 US and International carriers. There is an 850 foot long retail hall and the top level has a 500×400 departure lobby and 144 check-in positions. There is an 850 foot long retail hall. Special installations were performed for the International and US customs Departments. JFK’s first Air Transit Station inside of a terminal is located between levels.

Completion contract for Keyspan on Major retail/theatre project revitalizing Jamaica, New York. Fast-track 12-week installation peaked at 85 men in four weeks when Keyspan’s electrical division couldn’t perform. Substantial shared savings were earned through this teaming approach. Project included (3) 4000 amp services, feeder panels, branch lighting and power, fire alarm, telephone, MCC and motors for retail space, theater space and commercial garage. All violations were repaired to obtain electrical permit for entire work.

E-J has a permanent satellite office at this Showroom Building/Landmark Building. We are in charge of the maintenance on all fifteen floors, the major International Toy Show every February with temporary set-ups for multiple vendors and the monitoring of the electrical system during Toy Trade Show. We also design/build jobs, do emergency on-call work, service calls and estimating, etc.

Hugo Boss is a high profile store at the new Time Warner Center which consisted of the installation of fire alarm systems, custom audio/visual system, installation of speaker system, plasma screens and video recorders, security system including surveillance cameras, custom lighting installation, installation of intricate millwork, lighting for displays and showcases, power wiring for A/C and low voltage control wiring.

Work consisted of the installation of new electrical service from Con Edison, which required advisory board filing with the City of New York, four floors of custom lighting system, custom millwork lighting, the installation of audio/visual system consisting of a sound system and multiple plasma screens, camera surveillance system, card access for private areas, wiring for A/C equipment and control wiring.

Performed a complete electrical installation and power for Ferragamo Flagship stores in Trump Tower in Men’s, Women’s and Boutique.

New York Flagship for Abercrombie & Fitch, includes lighting, power, service work, generator installation and HVAC wiring.

E-J installed lighting and power at the Manhattan-based Bloomindgales 1st and 2nd floors.

Installed Fire Alarm, lighting, power and audio for premier retail store in Trump Tower Atrium.

Showroom building consisting of 12 floors with multiple tenants/vendors. The work consisted of diversified showroom lighting, maintaining dimming board system for the main lobby and the majority of building maintenance.

This work completed at the GAP Flagship store in New York’s Times Square at 42nd Street and Broadway, consisted of the installation of a fire alarm system, custom audio/visual system, speaker system, security system with card access, custom lighting, millwork wiring, A/C power wiring and control wiring.

This new Old Navy store project in Queens, NY for the GAP, consisted of the installation of a Fire Alarm System, Speaker System and Security System as well as the wiring for the lighting and power and mechanical system.

Retail building renovation and new construction of a large restaurant. We installed general lighting and power, lighting controls, and fire alarm.

Design/Build of a UPS installation for Lord & Taylor’s national computer system, including battery backup, emergency generation and all electrical and mechanical systems.

Work consisted of the installation of a fire alarm system, custom lighting system, custom millwork lighting, speaker system, security system, A/C power wiring and A/C control wiring.

Work consisted of the installation of a fire alarm system, custom theatrical lighting installation, power wiring for A/C and low voltage control wiring and custom audio/visual system wiring only equipment, installed by others. Additional systems included speaker system, security system and the wiring for the lighting, power and mechanical system.

Eleven week $4.1 Million project that opened on time and within budget. Involved working two shifts with 65 men including weekends. The project included coordination with ConEdison to turn on a new 4000 amp service as well as a installation of a completely new fire alarm system for the entire 22-story building required for a Certification of Occupancy. Additional work included the installation of telephone and video systems.
