High-Rise
Rising to the Challenge of High-Rise Construction
Electrical construction in high-rise buildings and hospitality structures is a complex process that requires careful planning and coordination. E-J provides electrical installations for new construction and retrofits/modernization programs. When designing/installing an electrical system for a high-rise building, we consider items such as the building function/purpose, safety, size and shape, location, load profile, efficiency, and reliability of the existing structure. We currently have provided services for this type of building in New York for JPMorgan Chase’s new fully electric headquarters at 270 Park Avenue, 11 Times Square, One Vanderbilt, and Manhattan West’s Northeast Tower.
